The Numbers

if they hold above 17887.5, they’re aiming back all the way up at 18.288. On the way, some important places for potential targets/pullbacks: 18040.5, 18106.25

losing 17887.5 opens the door again for 17788.25, 17760.5. And if they lose this and stay below, there are some long rides down to 17662.75, 17542, 17327.25 and below!

Volatility is relatively high, use options with caution, as the prices have been elevated.

The Big Picture

These folk are moving up as I type at a pretty solid clip. Last night she took off past the spike end (17662.75) and really never looked back, pushing past previous day’s VAH (which is bullish for the day), stumbling here and there, but after around 7:30 she’s racing to stay far from it, on her way to yesterday’s fake news pump area.

Speaking of which, dontcha think it was funny that the fake news was revealed as fake news, and the market reversed….right around a key level?

I’m not sayin’, but i’m just sayin’…and with that said…that’s going to be a point of resistance, depending on how they make their way up through that area. They either need to hit it with force, or if they get stuck, I’d proceed with caution. That said, this is the area that they seem to clearly be gunning for this morning, so don’t be surprised if we pay a visit there again today! If they push past it, watch out bears!

We got people calling bottoms, again, and, granted, Sunday evening’s bottom was certainly one of the better ones to call (it was at the 94th percentile of 2024’s bottom volume area for MNQ, a very sensible area to escape from…too much further below and there’s an incredible amount of danger…We take the market as it comes each day.

I had a friend let me know he dollar cost averages every month…same amount, every month, in his favorite stocks. We will say this…this month, he got a lot more for his money!
