🔢 The Numbers
Above holding above 23757 keeps us hopeful to revisit 23791.75, and 23812.25. if we can take that out, it opens the door to 23846.75, which could give us a trip to our 23929.25-23967 area. we’ll see if they can break out past our previous week value area. | Below lose 23748.75 and we might also lose 23744.75. below that it’s a long way to fall to 23625.25 but if so, 23618 is on the table, and below, even to 23534.25. |

(shh don’t tell anybody, but this flaggy thing also looks “bootish”, which is one of my favorite bullish patterns)
See that "hold above and good" line in the sand? well, we did not hold above, so locally, bulls ain't good. In fact i've shorted at key areas premarket and am done for the day in two accounts already. They just have been lackadaisical about wanting to go any higher.
she's been hanging around, but refusing to flat out reject our july top and six week value area high, although she's been creeping down, hanging in the area. Are they building liquidity for a pop back up to all time highs? or are they threatening to lose it, revisiting last week's gains and exploring last week's value area?
well, there's nothing significant. signalling the latter, we are certainly overall bullish, but that doesn't mean that for the day trader, they have plenty of room to play below. So let's keep an eye on things.
Today, there's a poor high that could be revisited, but heck, we are below a poor low RTH that we've slid through overnight. we could get a nice little pop on news or at the open this morning to "finally" retest the area starting at 23929; I would not be surprised at all.
So in short, i'm looking for, either a sustained loss of 23757, then subsequently yesterday's value area low (23744.75) for shorting, but, staying above, and conquering 23772.25 (our PDPOC) sets us up to break past yesterday's value area high, and retest our "hold above and good" spot, to see if we will hold above and be good. :)
