Above

Holding above 20836, 2024’s value area high, is important during this particular iteration up towards all time highs, not as much for the session, as dancing around it would be unsurprising behavior. for the session, holding above 20874 is good news, and if they can break past 20954, they’re on their way to challenge 20993.25. anything above 20993.25 is setting them up for a nice heckin’ trend day, with 21042.75 in view. if they make it to 21244.5, Lord help the remaining bears.

Below

While getting below 20836 isn’t disastrous, it certainly opens the door again for visits to 20804.75 and 20784.75. Losing this we have 20714.75. if they can’t recover that, then we may make it to where we did not yesterday’s cash session, which was 20505. Any bull serious about an ATH run will defend this level.

The Big Picture

Easy to parse, right? flagging up, consolidating after yesterday morning’s pump..ATH 3 sigma low offered a few opportunities, as it is the very edge of our All Time High territory. Think we can’t dump from here? we most certainly can, and hard.

However…

Momentum is to the upside, it has been since Mid April, and now they are in All Time High territory, What I expect at this area are: lots of profit taking, lots of bagholders getting relief and exiting their positions at breakeven, lots of excited folk buying to take us to all time highs. If you choose to swing short, I’d be sweating at 21042.75, and looking to close between there and 21080 ish…and you certainly best not be in a swing short if we crack 21244.50 unless you’re a gambler.

Yesterday, they lost the initial balance for a moment, then recovered it and then some, bullish on the face of it, showing they’re not ready to give it up yet. They are starting to get serious about taking out the all time highs. This is our ATH-o-meter; keep an eye out.

This morning is one of the bigguns. I can see them popping up for the flag on the news..if there’s not much reaction, be afraid of the session, because it can happen then, or they can choose to sell it off in an unpretty manner. Let’s just say I don’t expect nothin’ today and tomorrow.
