what i'm looking at this week 2025.09.14

New all time highs, and then some, last week. This market is crazy. As they say, the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent. If we're looking for rationality, look elsewhere. If we're looking for the numbers, let's look here together.

i've had a zone, above marked for quite a while, and, if i'm being honest, i'm not sure why, but for my personal trading purposes, i'm keeping it, and watching it. when i create a zone, it's usually well reasoned, and i see reactions. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Furthermore, it checks out on a completely separate fib analysis.

You can take it or leave it, but there is a number within that zone that I'm comfortable telling you to definitely keep an eye on as a target in the upward direction if we continue to push ahead -- it's 24265.25. This zone, and number, was created weeks ago, and in my experience, the longer ago I made it the more likely it's legit, especially given i've re-confirmed it as a fib zone based on recent levels.

say we were looking at rationality — some selling makes sense this week. we’re at the beginning of the week and already well above last week’s highs, for no other reason except as buffer for tomorrow’s news events, so i wouldn’t be surprised if we continue to trade up early in the week.

So, to summarize, what i’m looking at this week, is to really watch to see what happens after “mega tuesday”. if we dump, i know what’s below, and if we pump, we have our tools to project what’s next.
